Yes, I trust them. This seller came through! I was sent the wrong doll. I want to let the readers know that they corrected all of the issues. I was able to speak with someone through email, and they were actually very nice and professional to deal with, and they quickly shipped me the correct doll. I was nervous to open the box, but when I took her out, she was 100% completely like the pictures on the website. I was actually pleasantly shocked at how beautiful she was and very much lifelike.
