Yes, Customer Service Was Excellent. They are always there once I have any questions. Beautiful Doll. Amazing Engineering & Quality. Everything is awesome. Be careful with joints & be patient. Joints are stiff at first but never force any joint movements until you get the hang of how it is designed to move. Cleaning is much easier than I thought. The product exceeded my expectations for the price. The whole process is much better than expectations. I will be back soon.
