Yes, it’s recommended. She is a breath-taking beauty. Everything pictured and described on the site and more. The quality for the money is astounding! The joints are uniformly tight and help create a doll that will hold a position very well. The doll will do a full split and does not seem to be any worse for the exercise but I would not leave the doll in any extreme pose for an extended period of time as damage could result.
