Customer Service went above and beyond when I noticed discrepancies in my original order and they made sure all my concerns were addressed and then processed refund for the incorrect items. Shipment was very fast and I just got my doll today. The dolls are very hefty gals though and I wasn’t sure I would be able to get the box into the house and unpacked but I did finally succeed and now I just marvel at the artistry of the doll’s design.
